Received a damaged item? Were you sent the wrong thing? I don't want you unhappy with what you got. I accept returns up to 30 days after the date the order was placed.
What to Do
Send me an email with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange or return. Please include a photo of the item, if damage is the reason for the return.
I can't cover the return shipping costs, but you can send it at the cheapest rate available. Once I receive the item, I'll issue your refund or arrange for an exchange, if you got the wrong thing.
